At Munfarid, we aim to deliver your orders safely and on time across Pakistan.

Orders are processed within 1–2 working days after confirmation.

Delivery usually takes 3–5 working days, depending on your location.

Shipping charges (if applicable) are displayed at checkout.

Orders are delivered through trusted courier services.

Munfarid is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.

We only accept returns or exchanges in case of:

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items received.

Important Conditions:

Claims must be made within 48 hours of delivery.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact.

Sale, discounted, stitched, or customized items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

Slight color variations due to lighting or screen resolution are not considered defects.

Exchange Process

Approved exchanges are subject to product availability.

If the required item is unavailable, store credit may be offered.

Shipping costs for exchanges due to size or preference will be borne by the customer.

Refund Policy

Cash refunds are not offered.

Approved cases may receive store credit only.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.

Once shipped, cancellation requests will not be entertained.
