At Munfarid, customer satisfaction is our priority. We carefully inspect all items before dispatch; however, if you receive a product that does not meet our standards, please review the policy below.
We only accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:
The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect (wrong article or size sent).
The claim is raised within 48 hours of receiving the order.
The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition, with tags and packaging intact.
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
Sale or discounted items
Customized or stitched orders
Products damaged due to customer misuse
Color or design variation due to screen resolution or lighting (this is not considered a defect)
To request a return or exchange:
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Share your order number, issue details, and clear images/video of the product.
Our team will review the request and respond within 2–3 working days.
Once approved, the item must be shipped back to us.
After receiving and inspecting the returned product, an exchange will be dispatched (subject to stock availability).
If the desired item is out of stock, a store credit may be offered.
If the return/exchange is due to our mistake (damaged or wrong item), Munfarid will bear the shipping cost.
If the exchange is requested due to size or preference, shipping charges will be borne by the customer.
Cash refunds are not offered.
Approved cases may receive a store credit valid for a specified period.
Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation requests will not be entertained.
Munfarid reserves the right to modify this Return & Exchange Policy at any time without prior notice.
