Return & Exchange Policy – Munfarid

At Munfarid, customer satisfaction is our priority. We carefully inspect all items before dispatch; however, if you receive a product that does not meet our standards, please review the policy below.

Eligibility for Return / Exchange

We only accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

• The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect (wrong article or size sent).

• The claim is raised within 48 hours of receiving the order.

• The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition, with tags and packaging intact.

Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Sale or discounted items

• Customized or stitched orders

• Products damaged due to customer misuse

• Color or design variation due to screen resolution or lighting (this is not considered a defect)

How to Request a Return / Exchange

To request a return or exchange:

1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

2. Share your order number, issue details, and clear images/video of the product.

3. Our team will review the request and respond within 2–3 working days.

Exchange Process

• Once approved, the item must be shipped back to us.

• After receiving and inspecting the returned product, an exchange will be dispatched (subject to stock availability).

• If the desired item is out of stock, a store credit may be offered.

Shipping Costs

• If the return/exchange is due to our mistake (damaged or wrong item), Munfarid will bear the shipping cost.

• If the exchange is requested due to size or preference, shipping charges will be borne by the customer.

Refund Policy

• Cash refunds are not offered.

• Approved cases may receive a store credit valid for a specified period.

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation requests will not be entertained.
